prevent seizing of threads and reduce tightening torque.
- To prevent the tube from rotating when the female nut is being tightened as
well as to reduce torque, thrust washer (VSTW) and thrust bearing (VTJR) are
available.
- Weld parts are made of SUS316L which is precision machine to a high
precision.
- For customers requiring higher ultra purity and high degree of cleanliness,
vacuum double melt material, W melt (VIM + VGAR) material, which contains little
impurities such as Mn and minimal non-metal inclusion are available as standard
material.
- VTF fittings are individually vacuum packed in the clean room after being
precision washed and protection applied to the fitting seals.
- Product package shall be labeled with an identification label containing
type description, control symbol and internal roughness grade.

- High quality to satisfy the performance of the double ferrule
BI-Lok®
tube fitting is composed of four parts: body, front ferrule back ferrule and
nut. The major difference of the double ferrule type tube fitting from the bite
type fittings is that the front ferrule made of corrosion resistant material is
compressed against the body and tube to perform sealing of the fluid in the tube
while the back ferrule with the edge hardened to a hardness higher than the tube
surface bites slightly into the tube as it is compressed against the tube to
prevent the tube from slipping out. The function of the two ferrules are thus
differentiated. This mechanism is performed by first the front ferrule
deforming as it advances along the tapered surface of the body when the nut is
being tightened by a wrench from the finger tight position which completes the
sealing function, and followed by the back ferrule deforming and being
compressed strongly against the tube surface as it advances along the taper on
the rear edge of the first ferrule. Tightening is completed by one and one
quarter turn (for sizes over 1/4OD and 6 mm) of the nut with the wrench from the
finger tight position. In order to satisfy this function uniform quality such
as material, heat treatment and precision machining are indispensable. We are

With
the unique production system that is applicable for small lot production of
limited products, we are able to have a line up of a wide range of various
products that cannot be made matched by other manufacturers. Tubes that are
adaptable are inch and metric size series and schedule tubes, and their
combination. These tubes can be assembled to various types of connection threads
including NPT, UNF (JIS, R, Rc, G). Please consult us for custom made products
not listed in the tables.

ultra pure fluid such as for semiconductor production process as well as for
toxic gas, combustible gas and self sustained combustion gas.
